I found a great old wooden toy automaton and decided to use its movement as the basis of the ident for the website.

The background was loosely based on a 1960's foreign easter postcard with rabbits in a yard with mountains in the background.

When it was constructed something was missing so a sun was built as a reveal element. 2 operators were needed for the puppetry.

Construction was executed in 3 days and shot on digital video. The film was then edited by Sam Kotowicz.
